 Job Title: Tender Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender Executive to manage end-to-end execution of government and PSU tenders. The role involves tender searching, documentation, compliance, portal submissions, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions for GPS, fleet management, and telematics solutions.

 Key Responsibilities

Tender Management

• Search, identify, and track relevant government / PSU tenders

• Study RFP/RFQ/EOI documents and assess eligibility & feasibility

• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents

• Ensure 100% compliance with tender requirement.

Portal Handling

• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement portals

• Upload bids, track submissions, and manage corrigendums

• Support reverse auction (RA) activities as required

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and manage EMD, BG, PBG, declarations, annexures, and checklists

• Maintain credential documents, certificates, and MIS trackers

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and notary (if needed)

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, and operations teams

• Support pricing inputs and BOQ preparation

• Track tender status till order placement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in government tendering

• Hands-on exposure to GeM and e-procurement portals

• Strong knowledge of tender documentation and compliance

• Basic understanding of commercials, pricing, and BOQ

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Detail-oriented with strong deadline management

Preferred Background (Good to Have)

• Experience in technology / IT / GPS / IoT / EPC tenders

• Exposure to hardware + software + services bids

• Knowledge of reverse auctions
