Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and revenue growth.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends.

• Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

• 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.

• Strong network in the energy industry is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
