Position: BDM
o Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, partners, and markets to drive new business opportunities.
o Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and qualifying business opportunities through networking, trade shows, events, and outreach.
o Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
o Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and target market.
o Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities within the coffee industry to identify new opportunities and areas for expansion.
o Proposal & Presentation Preparation: Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate our value proposition to potential clients and partners.
o Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and ensure contracts are closed in a timely and efficient manner while meeting company targets.
o Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
o Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior leadership
