Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 1–3 years of experience in the Interior design or fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out sector.

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.

• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

• Participate in industry events, networking, and exhibitions to promote the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 1to 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the interior design/fit-out industry.

• Strong network of architects, designers, project managers, or real estate developers is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
