Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. This individual contributor role requires extensive travel to engage with A+ and A category clients, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on A+ and A category clients
Travel extensively to meet clients, build rapport, and understand their requirements
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure results
Track sales metrics and report performance against targets
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
