Role Overview

Responsible for selling life insurance products through Union Bank of India branches. Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers, drive business targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Union Bank of India branch staff to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Promote and sell IndiaFirst Life Insurance products (Term Plans, ULIPs, Endowment Plans, Retirement Plans, etc.).

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.

Maintain good relations with bank employees and motivate them to refer potential customers.

Provide proper after-sales service, policy servicing, and claim support.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines in all processes.

Educate customers on the benefits of insurance, financial planning, and protection.

Report daily/weekly sales activities to the Bancassurance Manager/Cluster Head.
