Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Coaching & Mentoring:
Offer guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
Deal Negotiation & Closings:
Oversee and participate in the negotiation and closing of real estate deals to ensure successful outcomes.
