We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and expand the company’s presence in the event and décor industry.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, meetings, and market research
Meet clients at their homes, event venues, and offices to understand requirements and present décor concepts
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
Coordinate with the internal design/operations team to ensure seamless client experience
Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Stay updated with market trends, competitor services, and latest décor ideas
Experience in Business Development / Sales within events, décor, hospitality, or similar field (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong networking and client-handling abilities
Ability to travel for client meetings and venue visits
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a passion for the event industry
