Strategic Leadership:

Sales Management:
Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Manage the sales , setting performance goals and providing support to help achieve targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, production, and logistics.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor operational performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer service levels, and take corrective actions as needed.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for sales and operations departments, ensuring financial targets are met.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operational performance to senior management.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate sales
