Accuwisetech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in IT Sales and Digital Marketing Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Develop and execute business strategies to drive IT & Digital Marketing sales.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Present and pitch company services to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience (4–6 years) in Business Development / Sales in the IT or Digital Marketing industry.
Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively.
