Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and lead generation platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align on business goals.

• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity using [CRM software, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
