Position: FAM(Financial Account Manager)
Its an out and out Field Job. You don't need to come to office daily but to hit the market directly at the beginning of the day.
There are 3 parts to the job:-
1. First you need to do direct sales from customers basis, the stipulated target assigned for which daily field sales function has to be performed by meeting direct Cxs and building prospects .
2. You need to identify Channel Partners for the business. For the same you need to call and fix appointments with prospective Channel Partners from various business backgrounds, e.g. MF Distributors, Renowned Insurance Agents, Financial Consultants, Chartered Accountants etc.
3. You will be assigned anything between 5 to 10 existing Channel Partners who need to be managing and deepening needs to be done by you with your ASM.
• Prior Sales experience is must preferably in Financial Industry in a B2B and B2C environment.
• Must have a 2 wheeler.
• Age should be within 30.
• Should have a good track record in your career.
