🎯 Experience: Relevant experience in staffing, recruitment, or manpower consulting (experience will determine level of the role)
🔍 Key Responsibilities (Common for Both Roles):
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing & recruitment sector
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing solutions
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely talent delivery
Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
Senior BD candidates will additionally be expected to lead strategic client acquisitions, mentor junior team members, and contribute to high-level business planning.
