Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales, manage client relationships, and expand our market presence. The role involves lead generation, revenue growth, and client acquisition for our international exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive corporate sales with both existing and new clients.
Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Handle inquiries, share proposals, and follow up with potential exhibitors.
Manage existing clients and secure repeat bookings.
Ensure timely collection of payments and consistent revenue generation.
Explore and pitch sponsorship opportunities.
Visit trade shows to network and gather market intelligence.
Collaborate with the Event Director for key clients and sales operations (floor plan allocations).
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, events, or related industries.
Strong skills in negotiation and closing sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
