To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our company’s growth.
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, Google Ads, etc.) to potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and revenue growth regularly.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in a Digital Marketing, IT, or Advertising agency.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking ability with a proactive approach to lead generation.
