Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager with expertise
in real estate sales (B2B & B2C) to drive business acquisition in land registration and survey
services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong
relationships with promoters, builders, architects, bank managers, and DSAs, and ensuring
consistent revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive approach to sales, market intelligence, and client engagement, with a
strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in land registration and survey services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Expand market presence by networking with promoters, builders, architects, bank managers, and
DSAs.
Drive B2B & B2C sales, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and deal closures.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure high client satisfaction through personalized engagement and service excellence.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on land registration and survey processes.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
Identify new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Lead high-value negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable agreements.
Structure customized solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
Ensure smooth contract execution and compliance with legal requirements.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with legal, operations, finance, and marketing teams to streamline processes.
Ensure efficient service delivery in land registration and survey projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business performance and revenue growth.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, conversions, and customer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Business Acquisition: Number of new clients onboarded (promoters, builders, architects, bank
managers, DSAs).
Revenue Targets: Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Client Retention: Percentage of repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Expansion: Growth in geographical reach and penetration in new markets.
Conversion Rate: Success rate in converting leads into closed deals.
Timely Land Registration & Survey Completion: Efficiency in service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements (KRIs):
Proven experience in real estate sales (B2B & B2C) with a strong industry network.
In-depth knowledge of land registration and survey processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and market analysis.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
