We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, property sales, and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and developers.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate, enjoy interacting with clients, and are comfortable working on weekends to maximize client engagement and site visits.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and real estate portals.
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
Conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings regularly.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial inquiry to final deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, and clients.
Handle inquiries from property portals and walk-in clients.
Follow up promptly and convert leads into sales.
Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and updates in the CRM system.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate property options.
Provide detailed information on pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects.
Ensure smooth customer experience and handle any post-sale queries professionally.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing insights.
Prepare and share weekly reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or property consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable working Tuesday to Sunday (Monday week off).
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver strong results.
Good understanding of real estate portals, CRM tools, and local property markets.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital communication tools.
Experience in real estate, property sales, or channel partner management.
Self-driven, ambitious, and customer-focused personality.
Excellent presentation and follow-up skills.
