As a Business Development Manager specializing in Interior Fitout services, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our Interior Fitout services through strategic Business Development Initiatives, Client Relationship, Management, and Collaboration with our Designing Team. Your role will involve identifying and cultivating business opportunities within the interior design sector, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.
(1) Job Responsibilities:-
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new Business Opportunities in the field of Interior Fitout Services. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients. Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Collaborate with clients to understand their Interior Design needs and preferences. Work closely with the Designing Team to develop tailored proposals and presentations. Conduct presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilities. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Project Coordination:
Liaise between clients and the Interior Fitout team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements. Collaborate with designers to create innovative and practical design solutions. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Marketing & Branding:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Interior Fitout services. Represent the company at Industry Events, Trade Shows, and Networking functions. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and online presence.
Job Requirements :
Qualification: Diploma or bachelor's degree or any related course, should be from Interior Design or Exhibition background.
Experience: 3 & more years exp. in Interior Design or Exhibition Industry.
Capabilities: To drive a team, Tenacity in client negotiation & sense of priority.
Extensive experience in the Event or Exhibition, Interior Design Industry is a highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
