Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Digital Marketing Services
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation and a strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Web Development. This is not a field executive role – all work will be performed from our Netaji Subhash Place office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns, B2B directories, etc.)

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in new clients for digital marketing services

• Present service offerings to prospects, understand their needs, and build long-term client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated

• Maintain CRM and regularly update lead pipeline and follow-up status

• Research market trends, competitor offerings, and client behavior for strategic input

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing sales

• Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website design services

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)

• Ability to build rapport with clients and explain technical concepts in a simple manner

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
