We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide, mentor, and manage our sales team in promoting digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in the digital marketing industry.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Drive new client acquisition for digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Branding, Website Development, etc.).
Help the team in closing high-value deals.
Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets.
Prepare sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.
Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Analyze lead pipeline and suggest improvements.
Keep management updated with sales forecasts and performance metrics.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales; experience in digital marketing / advertising industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to train and motivate the sales team.
Good negotiation & closing skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
CRM and lead management experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
