Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Business Development Manager role located on-site in Patna. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, creating sales strategies, conducting presentations, and negotiating agreements.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in business development, preferably within the manpower or recruitment industry.
Location:
Based in Delhi NCR, with a willingness to travel as required.
Salary:
Up to 35,000
