The Business Development Manager/Executive (Sales Specialist) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales. This role requires a results-driven individual who can manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to conversion — while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach).
Client Acquisition: Present and promote products or services effectively to prospective customers and convert leads into successful business deals.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress and forecast accuracy.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
