Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Software Sales
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Mandatory Relevant Experience in IT and Software Sales)
Budget: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹6 LPA (30K–50K per month)
Working Days: Monday–Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off) and Fixed Sunday Off
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT Sales, specifically in software licensing and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience selling Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD (Autodesk), or similar enterprise software products and should be capable of handling complete sales cycles independently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present, promote, and position Microsoft, Adobe, AutoCAD, and other software solutions to corporate and enterprise clients.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle including requirement analysis, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT decision-makers, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
Prepare quotations, manage licensing models, handle renewals, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates, reporting, and forecasting.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding order processing, billing, activation, and post-sales support.
Required Skills and Experience
Mandatory experience in IT Sales with a focus on Software Licensing.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe, and AutoCAD licensing (Enterprise or SMB).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to independently manage B2B client interactions and closure processes.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
