📌 Key Responsibilities

📞 Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to pitch products/services

🔄 Follow up on leads, handle objections, and convert opportunities into sales

🤝 Build & maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle

🎯 Achieve & exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

🗂️ Update & manage lead/customer information in the CRM system

📊 Prepare reports on sales performance and pipeline status

🎓 What We’re Looking For

📘 Education: Graduate in any discipline

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales/business development (Freshers may also apply)

🗣️ Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills in English and Hindi

💻 Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and communication apps
