Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research potential clients and markets, generate leads through various channels (online, social media, email, and direct outreach), and add them to the CRM system.
Market Research:
Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis to help shape business strategies.
Client Outreach:
Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, or social media to schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Sales Support:
Support the business development team with creating sales proposals, presentations, and other materials to pitch to potential clients.
Relationship Management:
Help maintain relationships with existing clients, ensure their needs are met, and follow up on feedback or inquiries.
Data Management:
Update and maintain databases with client information, contact details, and outreach efforts. Help analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics:
Assist in tracking sales metrics and progress on goals. Prepare reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and market insights.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to understand client needs and tailor business development strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling email templates and presentations.
Research & Analytical Skills:
Ability to gather and analyze market data and present insights in a structured manner.
Team Player:
Collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM systems.
Self-Starter:
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
