Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
Provide information about our services and answer customer queries professionally.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Generate new leads and acquire international clients to contribute to company growth.
Monitor and analyse client feedback to improve service quality.
Recommend relevant upgrades or solutions based on client needs.
BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce), MBA (Master of Business Administration) or a related field with a strong interest in international sales, client acquisition, and global market expansion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
Interest in business development and international markets.
Adaptability to changing business trends and sales strategies.
