We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead sales and market expansion for our Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions designed specifically for the textile industry.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines business development, technical sales, and client relationship management. If you have strong experience in textile manufacturing, industrial automation, and IoT technologies, this is a great opportunity to shape the future of smart manufacturing.
Market Development & Strategy
Identify and target potential customers in the textile manufacturing sector.
Develop go-to-market strategies for IIoT products in the textile domain.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Sales & Business Acquisition
Generate qualified leads via field visits, digital channels, exhibitions, and partnerships.
Prepare and deliver impactful technical presentations and product demos.
Drive the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closure.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Understand client pain points and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Technical Coordination
Collaborate with engineering/product teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Provide market feedback to guide product improvements and innovation.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM with updated client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Prepare accurate weekly/monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, etc.).
Good knowledge of IIoT platforms, sensors, machine connectivity, and analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and industry exhibitions.
