We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven BDM to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and converting leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.
Generate qualified leads through freelancing platforms and LinkedIn outreach.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Write proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Build long-term client relationships to increase repeat business.
Track and report KPIs and conversion metrics weekly.
2–5 years of proven experience as a BDM in a digital agency or IT services company.
Strong command of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle clients across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia time zones.
Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Web Dev, SMM, PPC).
Confident with client calls, proposals, closing deals, and upselling.
