Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role located in Ahmedabad. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
A strategy focused on Business Development activities
Arranging Business Development meetings with potential clients Conduct research and identify new revenue/business sources Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc...
Build long-term relationships with new customers Lead generation through bidding portal
Upwork Focus on repeat business while attracting new clients Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Target driven profile, must achieve personal and team targets
Requirements:
Must have experience in IT Offshore sales and marketing.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Multi-tasking Must be a good team player Flexible in time manage international leads Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in software like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Writing reports Providing management with reports and feedback
