Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (plus incentives)
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base for the Safety Alarm product. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and work closely with our existing customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. Your performance will be measured by the number of new customers acquired, sales revenue generated, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential customers, and develop strategies to approach and engage with them.
2. Build Relationships with Customers: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
3. Drive Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the business.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the Safety Alarm product, its features, and benefits, and communicate its value proposition to customers.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
6. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (engineering or business-related fields preferred).
2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (freshers with excellent skills and attitude may also be considered).
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
