Job Description

V Protect is seeking energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to promote and sell its safety alarm systems in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B/B2C sales and will play a key role in expanding the company's footprint in the personal and home security market. This is a field-oriented role focused on direct customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion:

• Identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and institutional areas.

• Demonstrate and explain the features, advantages, and safety benefits of V Protect alarm systems.

• Pitch the products to homeowners, office managers, retail outlets, and small businesses.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and promotional activities.

• Follow up with leads to close deals and achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Product Demonstrations:

• Conduct live product demos at customer sites or during marketing events.

• Address customer queries regarding usage, installation, and safety features.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain detailed records of customer visits, sales leads, and closed deals.

• Provide regular updates to sales managers and contribute to strategic feedback.

• Coordinate with the technical team for product delivery and installation.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate (preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or business development

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Work Timing: General Shift (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

• Field Work: Yes, across Bangalore

Skills Required

• Strong selling and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Basic understanding of electronic devices or security systems (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Confidence in face-to-face customer interaction

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 (Net Take Home)
