### Key Responsibilities
* **Lead Management & Follow-up:** Proactively follow up on leads generated through various channels.
* **Customer Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients. Understand their financial needs and effectively present our personal and business loan products as the solution.
* **Documentation & Application:** Assist clients in gathering all necessary documents (e.g., financial statements, identification, income proof). Ensure all information is accurate and complete before uploading to our Management Information System (MIS).
* **Nurturing Leads:** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leads. Address their questions, concerns, and objections to guide them toward a successful application and closure.
* **Process Coordination:** Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from application to approval and disbursement.
* **Sales Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan origination and closures.

### Qualifications
* **Experience:** Proven experience in a sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
* **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* **Knowledge:** A solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closure. Familiarity with personal and business loan products is a significant advantage.
* **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
