The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves active lead generation, client engagement, and follow-up to close deals and contribute to company growth.
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and social media
Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions or products
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, or demos for prospective clients
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client engagement and conversions
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals
Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity logs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset
Good presentation and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles is an advantage
