We are expanding our sales & business development team and seeking a BD Manager with experience in the Digital Marketing industry to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing domain (SEO, PPC, SMO, Performance Marketing, etc.).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing & delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the complete sales cycle.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and market insights.
Manage and mentor a small sales team (if required) to achieve collective targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in a Digital Marketing Agency / IT Services domain.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content, Performance Marketing).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
Ability to handle international clients (US/UK/Canada markets preferred) is a strong plus.
