We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-8 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):

Stage 4: Assistant Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Lead the marketing/advertising process, meet prospective clients, give product presentation.

- Tap business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

- Visit potential clients for presentations and demonstrations.

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

- Be the first point of contact for all marketing-related queries and communication.

- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.

 RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.

- Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities

- Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.

- Training and Developing team members to develop a high performance culture.

- Expanding Business across country, and globally.

- Enhancing leadership by using effective communication & coaching of team members.

- Expanding Business & mapping of new market segments in new territories across India.

- Customer Acquisition & Promotion: Acting as a point of contact on behalf of the client for promotion & brand development.
