#### **About the Role:**
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our recruitment consultancy team. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our recruitment services through outbound calling and networking.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (HR heads, hiring managers, decision-makers).
* Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships.
* Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver solutions.
* Schedule meetings/appointments with potential clients for business discussions.
* Maintain client database (CRM/Excel) with updated information and activity tracking.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
* Participate in business networking, events, and online platforms (LinkedIn, job portals).
#### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in HR/Marketing preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in BD/telecalling/sales, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus).
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently with target-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
