Winway Creators India Private Limited is a dynamic digital marketing agency, and we're expanding into SaaS with our proprietary CRM platform designed for efficiency and scalability. We're looking for a sharp, motivated Business Development Executive to help us promote and sell our CRM solution to businesses across industries.
Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, webinars, etc.)
Present, promote, and demonstrate CRM features to potential clients via in-person or virtual meetings
Understand client requirements and tailor presentations to show how the CRM meets their needs
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns
Provide feedback to the product team for improvements based on client interactions
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or tech)
Strong communication and presentation skills (English, Telugu or Hindi a plus)
Basic understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a bonus
