Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our client acquisition and relationship-building efforts, particularly with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and B2B clients. This position is well-suited for individuals passionate about sales and business growth, with a strong desire to build a long-term career in business development.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage potential HNI and B2B clients to generate new business leads.
● Assist in presenting the company’s investment solutions to prospective clients and partners.
● Contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at attracting and retaining HNI clients.
● Participate actively in the end-to-end business development cycle—from prospecting to client onboarding.
● Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term client engagement.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
● Work closely with senior team members to align client requirements with company offerings.
● Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance and pipeline progress.
● Ensure all client interactions and documentation are conducted with a high level of professionalism and in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
● A basic understanding of financial products and client acquisition strategies is advantageous.
● Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Confidence in engaging with clients and effectively presenting business propositions.
● Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
