Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media, and networking.
Present, promote, and sell travel packages and services to both existing and potential clients.
Conduct needs analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to recommend suitable travel solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to align on goals, strategies, and client requirements.
Stay updated with travel trends, offers, destinations, and competitor activity.
Gather and share client feedback to improve services and customer experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
