Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the BD department in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training that leads to a future leadership or specialist role within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
Support the BD team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
Maintain and update CRM/database with prospects, leads, and client information.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support client requirements.
Learn and understand the company’s products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Contribute ideas to improve business processes, customer engagement, and market reach.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs.
Perform any other related tasks assigned by the BD Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
1-2 year experience in Sales/BD
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and results-driven.
