Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products to potential clients with confidence.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth execution of orders.

• Create and deliver impactful presentations and product pitches.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 1–4 years in Sales/Business Development (Food/B2B industry preferred).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to identify leads, generate opportunities, and close deals independently.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation, MS Excel, and Convincing Skills is an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.
