Job Title: Business Development Executive – Facility Management Services
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our facility management services. The role demands proactive lead generation, market research, client pitching, and closing deals to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for facility management services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a detailed record of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery for new clients.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote the brand.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, housekeeping, or allied services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
