Business Development Executive – Square Yards, Pune (₹3–4.5 LPA)•
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business growth through lead generation, cold calling, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches on Square Yards’ real estate and prop-tech offerings.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Track and analyze metrics—such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and deal closures—reporting to senior leadership.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to sharpen competitive positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree; 1–3 years of sales or BD experience in real estate or related fields.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong business acumen, client-focused mindset, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software, cold calling techniques, and sales pipeline management is a plus.
