We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and align them with our solutions.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting company products/services.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence.
Visit client's sites for meeting and sales requirement.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management in B2B.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Should have knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.
