Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (Female) to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, supporting tendering processes, and promoting our construction services across targeted regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for new business opportunities in construction projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for digital promotions and client outreach.
Track, follow up, and ensure conversion of leads into business deals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
