We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales Executive to join our team. The preferable candidate should have a good background in hardware, interior design, or architectural lines, particularly in sheets and steel fabrication, to effectively understand and address our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the hardware, interior, and architectural sectors.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Present and promote products and services to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and advantages.
Client Interaction and Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on products and solutions related to sheets, steel fabrication, and other relevant areas.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client needs and specifications.
Address client queries, provide follow-up support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Reporting:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report on sales activities and results to senior management.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the accurate interpretation of client requirements and the delivery of suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role within the hardware, interior design, or architectural sectors, with a focus on sheets and steel fabrication.
Strong knowledge of industry products, materials, and processes related to sheets and steel fabrication.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
