Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank. The role involves handling Loan and Collections services while building strong relationships with customers in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential customers for various loan products (personal, business, etc.)

• Guide and assist clients through the loan application and approval process

• Conduct field visits and maintain a customer relationship portfolio

• Monitor and follow up on collections as per bank guidelines

• Maintain daily sales reports and collection records

• Achieve monthly targets set by the branch

• Coordinate with branch teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Eligibility:

• Education: 12th pass and above

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in loans, sales, or collections are welcome

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month

• Additional Benefits:

  • Incentives based on performance

  • Travel allowances (as per company policy)

  • Insurance and PF (if applicable)

Other Details:

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Shift Timings: General shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Travel: Yes (Field work involved)
