Role Overview
The selected candidates will represent Writewiz and be responsible for institutional sales to schools. They will engage directly with decision-makers, articulate the value of the Writewiz programme, and support schools in understanding the long-term learning outcomes of our solution.
Key Responsibilities
· B2B sales to schools in the allocated region
· In-depth understanding of Writewiz products, pedagogy, and implementation methodology
· Prospecting and lead generation through cold calls and market research
· Building consultative relationships with key stakeholders in schools
· Conducting presentations, product walk-throughs, and solution-based discussions
· Negotiating and closing contracts in alignment with Writewiz objectives
· Collaborating with internal teams for marketing, implementation, and client servicing
· Preparing territory-wise sales forecasts and strategic outreach
· Addressing operational queries from partner schools and ensuring account retention
· Participating in review meetings, reporting key metrics, and suggesting improvements
Candidate Profile – Must-Have
· 1–2 years of B2B or institutional sales experience
· Experience in education or school sales preferred
· Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
· Fluency in English; strong communication and presentation skills
· Negotiation and problem-solving ability; positive attitude to objections

· Exposure to solution-selling, academic discussions, or consultative sales
· Technological proficiency (CRM, MS Office)
· Experience in lead generation and business development
