Responsible for developing business opportunities in solar on-grid, hybrid, and energy storage systems by identifying new clients, managing leads, and achieving sales targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital marketing.

Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients for solar project discussions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.

Coordinate with the design and installation team for project execution.

Develop dealer/distributor networks in assigned territories.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain client relationships and ensure after-sales support.

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marketing field.

Experience: 1–3 years in solar or renewable energy sales (freshers with passion for solar also welcome).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel frequently.

Knowledge of solar systems (On-grid / Hybrid / Battery-based) preferred.
