We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing strong relationships, and securing strategic tie-ups with companies and partners aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential partner companies for strategic tie-ups and collaborations.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers in other companies.
Pitch our products/services to prospective partners and negotiate mutually beneficial terms.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to execute partnerships smoothly.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update the CRM with lead and deal statuses.
Track the performance of partnerships and suggest improvements for better results.
Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Corporate Tie-ups, or B2B Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Good knowledge of business development tools and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about meeting KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
